I agree: By registering with Michelle Morgenstern Photography (MMP), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Photography Coverage : MMP will make our best effort to photograph one to two rides per rider; however, photographing all rides cannot be guaranteed. Photography coverage is dependent on the flow of the day, and whether rings run on time. MMP also requires time to move between rings.

I agree: Scheduling & Time Slots : All time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. By registering, you confirm that you have reviewed the list of already booked time slots and have not registered for a time that has already been booked or conflicts within minutes of an existing booking. MMP will do our best to keep the website updated with a list of booked ride times though real-time changes may occur.

Terms & Conditions Cont. *

I agree: A $40 non-refundable registration fee is required and registration is not complete until payment is received. If payment is not received prior to your ride, photos may not be taken. If payment is not submitted at registration, MMP will issue an invoice to the email provided during registration. Scratches, incorrect ride times, or unreported time changes may result in loss of photography coverage. Please update me if there are changes in your ride times!

All images displayed in online galleries or on the Michelle Morgenstern Photography website are the exclusive property of Michelle Morgenstern Photography and are protected by copyright law. Images may not be removed from the website, screenshot, copied, distributed, or shared with third parties for any reason without securing the appropriate copyright license. By registering for photos, you grant Michelle Morgenstern Photography permission to use your images on my website & social media platforms.

Please note: Those that have paid sign ups have priority on my schedule. All sign ups are at a first come first serve basis for registration. I will do my best to keep my website updated with time slots that have already been filled for the day. If there are any changes in your ride times/scratches please email me.
